Normal for this service I would do the following:
 I would meet with the couple 1-2 months before the wedding, to finalise their plans and their supplier list. I would then contact all these suppliers and set out the time plan for the day. I would then be on hand on the day to support the wedding party to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time and they have the most relaxing day.
 
This service  includes a full 14-18 hour day on the wedding day its self and on average 10 hours  leading up to the day its self. In addition to this I would be available via emails and calls from the  time of booking until the very end.
